Do I need a registration?

In order to buy a product, we ask you to register first.

How does the registration work?

Fischer follows the double opt-in process. After your registration, you will receive an email from Fischer with a confirmation link. Click on the link in the email to verify your email address and your account.

I did not receive an email.

Please check your spam folder or contact your IT in case a firewall has blocked the registration email. If you can’t find the email, please contact webshop@helmut-fischer.com

I forgot my password. How can I get a new one?

Go to My Account and click Forgot password. Enter your email address. A link will be sent to you for setting a new password.


Which type of payments are accepted?

Credit Card (VISA and MasterCard).

Can I pay in other currencies?

The currency is determined by the billing address. It is USD.


What are the lead times?

Most products are ready for delivery within 48h during working days. Customer specific products like certificates may take not more than 4 days before ready to deliver.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise is defective.

How are the products shipped?

All orders from the Online Shop are delivered by DPD.

Does Fischer deliver goods to addresses in other countries?

The shop does only serve customers located within USA. Please contact Fischer if you would like to send a product to an other country.
