Do I need a registration?

In order to buy a product, we ask you to register first.

How does the registration work?

Fischer follows the double opt-in process. After your registration, you will receive an email from Fischer with a confirmation link. Click on the link in the email to verify your email address and your account.

I did not receive an email.

Please check you spam folder or contact your IT in case a firewall has blocked the registration email. If you can't find the email, please contact onlinestore@fischer-technology.com

I forgot my password. How can I get a new one?

Go to My Account and click Forgot password. Enter your email address. A link will be sent to you for setting a new password.

Which type of payments are accepted?

Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS) and PayPal

Can I pay in other currencies?

The currency is determined by the billing address. It is USD.

Sales Tax

How is sales tax calculated?

If an item is subject to sales tax in the state to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. In accordance with state tax laws, the total selling price of an item will generally include item-level shipping and handling charges. The amount of tax charged on your order will depend upon the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment. Fischer uses a dedicated software to calculate sales tax.

Lead Times

What are the lead times?

Most products are ready for delivery within 48h during working days. Customer specific products like factory certificates may take not more than 4 days before ready to deliver.

Shipping Cost

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise is defective.

How are the products shipped?

There are two options: either Gound delivery for USD 25.00 or Overnight delivery for USD 125.00.

International Shipping

Does Fischer deliver goods to addresses in other countries?

The shop does only serve customers located within the USA. Please contact Fischer if you would like to send a product to a different country.

Pricing

The Online store grants discounts of up to 15%. Can I get the same discount for offline purchases?

If a customer orders a product in our online shop, no sales personnel is involved. This results in reduced effort for us. We would like to share this cost reduction with our customers. Therefore weare able to grant a discount of 15% on Online Shop orders.
